Account Deletion

If you have created an account in the English Lab App and wish to delete it, you can request full account deletion by contacting us at info@pogruzheniye.ru using the same email address linked to your account.

How to request deletion:

  1. Send an email to info@pogruzheniye.ru.

  2. Include the subject line «Account Deletion Request».

  3. In the body, specify the email or user ID associated with your account.

We will delete your account and associated personal data within 7 business days, except when data retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).

Data deleted:

  • Your name, email, and phone number

  • Login identifiers (Google/Apple)

  • App preferences, saved progress, and usage history

Data retained (if necessary):

  • Minimal data required for legal obligations, such as invoices or tax records, which will be retained for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable laws

If you reinstall the app or log in again after deletion, a new account will be created unless otherwise requested.
